No Refund Policy
- Completed Services
Payments made for services already rendered or completed are non-refundable. This includes but is not limited to website development, SEO campaigns, social media management, content creation, and any other deliverables provided by the agency. - Ongoing Services
Payments made for ongoing services, such as retainers or monthly subscriptions, are also non-refundable, even if services are canceled mid-term. Clients are required to fulfill any outstanding financial obligations as outlined in their contract.
Credit for Future Services
While we do not offer refunds, in certain cases, clients may be issued a credit for future services. This is determined on a case-by-case basis and is at the sole discretion of Advent Trinity Marketing Agency.
Non-Refundable Expenses
The following items are explicitly non-refundable:
- Third-party costs incurred on behalf of the client (e.g., advertising budgets, domain registrations, hosting fees).
- Deposits or retainers paid to secure agency services.
- Any fees associated with partially completed work.
Dispute Resolution
In the rare event of a dispute regarding the quality of services or deliverables, clients are encouraged to contact Advent Trinity Marketing Agency directly to discuss concerns. Our goal is to provide solutions and maintain a positive working relationship.
Exceptions to the No Refund Policy
Refunds may only be considered in exceptional circumstances, such as:
- Errors made by Advent Trinity in regards to billing or Duplicate payments.
- Situations where services were not initiated as agreed due to agency fault.
All exceptions are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and require thorough documentation and approval from agency management.
