Discovery: Uncovering the Mission Behind the Medicine

We began with deep-dive sessions with founder Makeba Waller to uncover the full scope of UIC’s challenges. From fragmented online listings to zero automation, the diagnosis was clear: the clinic needed a digital strategy that matched its heart and hustle.

From January to March 2025, we rolled out the initial framework:

April through December 2025 marked the launch of multiple growth engines:
