Convert

Conversion is a fancy way of saying online sale. The website and/or social media ad had engagement which led to a sale. How do we get customers to convert? If the sale process was followed online then there should be no reason that your online presence results in sales.

Nurture

It’s enough to just make sale online and that’s it. Follow-ups are crucial to the flourishment of your online business.
